My experience at Sneak a Peek was truly wonderful! I had the pleasure being double checked by Stacey, the owner since we were not able to determine the gender on the first try. She was very knowledgeable and pointed out all the adorable faces my little one was making...and the funny positions! Turns out, the Green Baby is quite comfy with feet, toes, arms and hands all the way over the head! Someone is practicing toe touches already!
If you live in the Tampa Bay area I highly recommend Sneak a Peek! Not only is their boutique beautiful and comfy, the owner runs Stacey's Closet. A not for profit charity organization created to help new moms in need by providing prenatal, maternity, newborn clothing and other care items. I am a huge fan of supporting local, mommy run businesses, especially when they give back so much! Now before you go getting all excited about the gender of the Green Baby, please note that this image is of the umbilical cord. The detail absolutely fascinated me! And it was a LOT bigger than I expected, in comparison to the baby's legs and arms. Basically, it was just plain neat to see, and I thought I would share. The human body is SO amazing!!!
I asked the Green Baby if there would be cooperation so we could determine the gender. This was the answer. We taught the Pink Princess sign language, too. I'm glad this little one already seems to have the "yes" sign down pat.
Which of course may leave you wondering...boy or girl? And the answer is...yes. Ha ha! We're looking forward to releasing the Green Baby's gender at the Pink Princess's birthday party in a few short weeks. She agreed that would be a fabulous gift, as even she doesn't know yet.
